Prenatal breastfeeding support
Prepare with calm, practical education before baby arrives: confidence without pressure for perfection.
Warm, one-on-one support for parents and caregivers who want clear guidance without judgment, whether you are still pregnant, newly postpartum, or a few weeks in. We focus on practical steps you can take today, always grounded in evidence and respect for your family’s choices.
Ready to book self-pay or have questions? You can also schedule a visit or meet the provider.
Whether you are preparing for baby, navigating early feeding challenges, or looking for ongoing support, we want to make it simple to know where to begin.
Start by checking your lactation coverage through The Lactation Network using the insurance link on our site.
If you are covered, follow the insurance-covered pathway. If not, or if you prefer direct booking, visit the Pricing page to explore self-pay options.
Choose the consultation type that fits your needs, from prenatal preparation to virtual or in-home support. When you are ready for self-pay booking, you can reach out to schedule.
Visit the Products page for recommended feeding and pumping essentials that may be helpful before your initial consult.

Parents come to us when they want answers that make sense, not a list of rules. We listen first. We explain options in plain language. We do not diagnose medical conditions or promise specific outcomes; every baby and body is different, but we do help you observe, adjust, and advocate for yourself and your baby with confidence. Care is provided by Liz Manoah, BSN, RN, IBCLC, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who combines clinical knowledge with a calm, reassuring presence.
We are proud to support families throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, Narcoossee, and Kissimmee. Whether you are local or a bit farther out, we can talk through what type of visit (a home visit or telehealth) fits your situation best. Lactation consultations take place in your home; we are not currently scheduling appointments at the business address.
